Meeting with the Chamber of Accountants
Today, in the premises of the State Statistical Office, a meeting was held with the Chamber of Accountants dedicated to the promotion of mutual cooperation.
The director of the SSO, Mr. Dejan Stankov, introduced the attendees to the current activities of the institution, highlighting the importance of the quality of data, the source of which is the Chamber of Accountants.
The meeting discussed the future cooperation between the two institutions, the technical changes needed for improving the quality of the data, as well as the possibility of shortening the deadlines for their delivery.
The need for inter-institutional cooperation to achieve high statistical standards was emphasized.
It was also agreed to form a joint working group that will identify problems and propose solutions to overcome them, with the aim of achieving better results in official statistics.
