The State Statistical Office introduces an electronic form for enrolling students in undergraduate studies

Fast and secure data collection for students through the National E-Services Portal

The State Statistical Office, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, is introducing an electronic method of collecting data for the form for enrolling students in undergraduate studies (first cycle) at faculties and higher vocational schools in 2025/2026 (VOI.20) with a service on the National E-Services Portal.

The service is available at the following link:

This service can be used by all students who have an active user profile and are enrolling in a year at the universities in our country, where they will receive a generated form and confirmation of successfully submitted form, which they should submit electronically to the faculty administration.

By using this service, students obligations are reduced, the enrollment procedure is faster and simpler, both for students and for the faculty administration, and at the same time more accurate, timely and high-quality data is obtained in the State Statistical Office.

Providing modern, simple and efficient ways of collecting data, the State Statistical Office continuously actively works to improve processes and to produce timely, high-quality and reliable data that will help with education planning and facilitate the work of faculties, and students, institutions, as well as Macedonian society as a whole will benefit from this.
