Consumer Price Index and Retail Price Index, June 2026

Inflation measured through the Consumer Price Index in June 2026, compared to May 2026, was - 0.5%. 

In June 2026, compared to May 2026, a decrease in the Consumer Price Index was registered in the groups Transport by 1.6% and Food and non-alcoholic beverages by 1.1%.

In June 2026, compared to May 2026, an increase in the Consumer Price Index was registered in the following groups: Recreation, sport and culture by 1.4%, Personal care, social protection and miscellaneous goods and services by 0.5%, Furnishings, household equipment and routine household maintenance and Restaurants and accommodation services by 0.3%, Health and Information and Communication by 0.2%, Clothing and footwear by 0.1%.

The Consumer Price Index in the groups Alcoholic beverages, tobacco and narcotics, Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, Education services, Insurance and financial services and remained at the same level as in the previous month.

The Retail Price Index in June 2026 compared to May 2026 was 99.2.

The Consumer Price Index in June 2026, compared to June 2025, increased by 3.4%, while the Retail Price Index increased by 3.6%.
