Issued building permits, July 2026

In July 2026, a total of 367 building permits were issued, which was 8.5% less than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 7 995 108 thousand denars, which was 74.8% less than the same month of the previous year.

The decreased value is due to the fact that, in the reference period from the previous year, a building permit was issued for a wind farm (for the production of electricity from renewable sources) in the municipalities of Shtip, Radovish and Karbinci.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 227 (61.9%) are for buildings, 39 (10.6%) are for civil engineering structures, and 101 (27.5%) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of 367 structures, for 209 (56.9%) the investors are private persons, and for 158  (43.1%) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 1 248 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of     100 440 m².
