Issued building permits, March 2026

In March 2026, a total of 245 building permits were issued, which was 26.6% less than the same month of the previous year. 

According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 24 574 417 thousand denars, which was 21.9% more than the same month of the previous year.

The increased value is due to the fact that in the reference period a building permit for building a Wind Parks for production of electicity with capacity of 128 MW on the territory of Municilaities Stip, Radovis and Karbinci, with huge amount of  total value.

Of the total number of issued building permits, 148 (60.4%) are for buildings, 31 (12.7%) are for civil engineering structures, and 66 (26.9%) are for reconstructions.  

Of the total of 245  structures, for 136 (55.5 %) the investors are private persons, and for 109 (44.5 %) structures the investors are business entities.

In the reference period, 618 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of          53 718 m².
