Indices of the number of employees in industry, July 2026

The number of employees in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in July 2026, in comparison with July 2025, decreased by 7.8%, in the section Manufacturing it decreased by 2.3%, and in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply it decreased by 0.9%.

The number of employees in industry by Main Industrial Groupings in July 2026, in comparison with July 2025, was lower in Energy by 3.3%, Capital goods by 2.3%, Non-durable consumer goods by 3.6% , Intermediate goods, except energy by 2.4%, and in Durable consumer goods by 2.0%.

The number of employees in industry in the period January - July 2026, in comparison with January - July 2025, decreased by 2.8%.
