Digitisation of Statistical Data: Students are required to fill in the electronic form VOI.20!

The State Statistical Office, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, has introduced fully digitised data collection for enrolled undergraduate students through the new electronic form VOI.20. Starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, paper forms are completely eliminated, and all active students are required to complete and submit the statistical form electronically.

To fill in the form, students must first register on the National e-Services Portal (the Portal) uslugi.gov.mk, by defining a low-level profile through the Single Sign-On System (SSO) in one of the following ways:

1. The student can register on the Portal with a valid e-mail address, thereby obtaining a basic level profile (without verified physical identity), and this profile must be upgraded to a low level at the OPS (One Point of Service) centres across North Macedonia: https://mdt.gov.mk/mk-MK/ministerstvo/centri-za-uslugi-etu, as well as in the regional offices of the Public Revenue Office (PRO), using a personal identification document.
2. If the student already has a user account with the Public Revenue Office (PRO), they should select the registration option on the Portal using the existing PRO account "With PRO profile" and sign in with their PRO username and password.

Students fill in the form at the following link: https://uslugi.gov.mk/service/obrazec-za-zapishani-studenti-na-dodiplomski-studii-na-fakultetite-i-visokite-struchni-shkoli-voi-5793. Upon successful completion of the form, the system generates a document that students are required to submit to the student affairs office of their home faculty or higher vocational school.
