Establishing this statistical information system for the employment of one of the priority development units in the State Statistical Office.

Labour market statistics allow for consideration of the inclusion of individuals, households and companies in the labour market, both in the short term and in structural conditions. In addition to the aspect of economic activity (productivity, labour costs, salary level...), labour market statistics are also important for considering socio-economic issues such as unemployment, wage structure according to employee characteristics.

The labour force survey allows perception of the situation and monitoring changes in the labour market through internationally established indicators, including the employment rate and unemployment rate. In addition, this research provides an overview of the sociodemographic characteristics of employees, the unemployed and the population outside the workforce and is the only source of information about non-formal employment

The salaries survey provides monthly data on the amount and movement of average gross and net salaries

The labour coast survey provides information on salaries and other costs, taken as an employer's expense for employees, not as employee income. 

The structure of earnings survey provides information on salaries and other earnings, taken as for the income of employees paid by the employer, is one of the statistical information nocturnal to monitor changes in the labour market
