Digitisation of Statistical Data: Students are required to fill in the electronic form VOI.20!
No more paper forms – enrolled undergraduate students apply exclusively online
The State Statistical Office, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, has introduced fully digitised data collection for enrolled undergraduate students through the new electronic form VOI.20. Starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, paper forms are completely eliminated, and all active students are required to fill in and submit the statistical form electronically.
To fill in the form, students must first create a low-level user account with the Public Revenue Office (PRO) at the following link: uslugi.gov.mk, and then access the National e-Services Portal to complete the form VOI.20. After successfully filling in the form, the system generates a corresponding document which students are required to submit to the student affairs office of their home faculty or higher vocational school.
We remind you that timely and accurate completion of this information is a legal obligation that contributes to the creation of precise educational policies. For any additional questions and technical guidelines, students and institutions may contact the relevant officers at the State Statistical Office.
